Sat. June 16
We first got the patio back after the construction mess. Steve and Trevor, David's nephew, along with Ann, worked like ants to move the dirt, replace with landscape fabric and gravel and set in the new pavers. The weather has been lovely for porch "settin'," in the low to mid 80's.

ALL BUT DICKIE, WHO SNAPPED THE PIC
Sun. June 17
The families gathered at 770 N for an "at home" naming. Bishop Kevin Santiago presided while Colton conducted. All of the Soelbergs were there, Steve and Tiff and the girlies, Uncle Dickies, Jayson, Emily et. al. and Kath and Alex, Millie's friends. I was asked to give an opening prayer and Colton proceeded with a lovely blessing. We had a light brunch thanks to Millie and Colton, all very tasty, of course, followed by a nice mingle. We missed Will and Jamie, still in North Carolina. It was a lovely event.

Very nice posting. The patio looks (and is) cool and lovely. It looks even better with the pile of pavers moved to Steve's.
D.
The pictures are lovely. You're back yard is such a peaceful oasis.
Jamie and I "missed" the blessing too (in every sense). I like at home blessings, and I'm sure it was a really nice day.
I can't remember, is there a plan for the pavers? Weren't you going to extend your patio a bit? Or is Steve going to just drop them on those little s**ts that live next door when they come in his yard?
I can't remember.
Looks lovely, wish we could just walk over and enjoy it with you.
Congrats to little Holden on becoming a real boy.
Yay. I can see the pictures today. They are lovely. Sad to have missed such a nice occasion, but enjoy the recap. Thanks.
